Hello my friends! It has been several months since I have posted on my blog!  Yet I have a very happy occasion to be stopping in to see you. The fabulous Time Out Challenge is celebrating their 8th birthday!  Amazing!  8 years running of bringing you fabulous challenges to inspire your creativity.

Time Out: Thank You For Being So Amazing and My Last Post

Hello there. I love a good photo inspired by bright colors and rainbows...and of course I love stripes. More stamps from my fabulous friend, Erin Lee.  I'm obviously doing this for our reminder post over over at Time Out.  

I also wanted to let you know that this will be my last post on Time Out as well as here on the blog. Life is very good right now.  Yet there are constraints on my time...and I've decided that while crafting will continue to be at the top of my hobby list I will no longer be blogging.  I am FOREVER grateful to my cousin, Sandie, for starting the Time Out Challenge. She and Nonni were amazing for their vision and I have been so inspired and thankful to be a part of it for over seven years!  For those of you who are interested you can find my new side business account at lynn.mangan on Instagram or www.lynnmangan.com.  I look forward to continuing to be inspired by all of you!

Time Out: Here for You

Hello, hello, hello. My fabulous friend, Erin Lee, sent me some of her gorgeous stamps and I was thrilled to play along. I don't color often, but this was the perfect card to get out my watercolor pen! This is inspired by the current challenge over at Time Out.  I picked up on the word spring with these flowers on the gorgeous stamp.

Time Out: Way to Go Grad

Happy Friday Eve my friends. I'm not sure if you've seen the news over a Time Out but  my dear amazing, cousin, Sandie - one of the original founders of Time Out has decided to step down. Her health has made managing the administrative challenge of Time Out a challenge. But let me say I think SHE IS AMAZING!  She started Time Out seven years ago...and it has continued to challenge. She has created a community of crafters that is absolutely wonderful. This was such a hard decision for her but she knows it is the best one. I love her dearly and so thankful for all she has and continues to do to support this wonderful crafting community.  xoxo

And now onto my card. I don't know about you...but spring is arriving and with that there are so many new beginnings. I am certainly loving being outside to walk more often with the nicer weather!  Our challenge over at Time Out is MOVE.  So many ways you could could with this challenge. I decided to be inspired to make a graduation card...which often involves moving!  Moving to a new city, a new job...always moving!  I love a good collage stamped card as well. I look forward to seeing how you're inspired to play along with us at Time Out.

Hello there friends!  Popping in with a reminder post for Time Out! This week our challenge is to be inspired by pets...so you may be wondering what my card has to do with that. One of my dearest friends lost her dog, Indy. Indy was so so loved.  Sweetest puppy. I wanted to let her know that I was thinking of her on the lost of Indy. So my card sending her love as Indy crossed the rainbow bridge.

Hello there!  I hope the spring weather is happening in your part of the world!  It's time for another challenge over at Time Out and this photo is certain to get you inspired for some spring/summer weather.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Kitchen Sink Stamps and I used their gorgeous Hydrangea stamps for my card. I LOVE hydrangeas. I'm not good at growing them, but I love to admire them. I think you can see how I was inspired by the photo below - love the pop of pink in the flowers.

Hello there friends! It's time for a fun challenge over at Time Out.  Our theme is Different.  Have fun doing your thing and making something different!  My family has a love for music so that is certainly not different, but a music inspired card is.

For my card, I used the sponsor stamp set from our awesome sponsor, Funky Fossils . I love, love, love their stencils and stamps. Today's card is using the set Guitar Hero. I will be getting a lot of use our of it.

Time Out: Hooray It's Your Day!

Can you believe it? Time Out is celebrating our 7th birthday! Time certainly flies when you are having fun.  It feels like yesterday that Sandie and Nonni started Time Out. I'm so thankful for the inspiration Time Out provides for me and for the fabulous crafting community it supports. So let's celebrate!

I have a drawer of odds and ends for putting cards together and this card was made from those. My card stash is way too low right now...so this one has already gone out the door to celebrate my niece.

So here are why I made this card: I love CAS cards...I love the color coral..I love flowers and a card that is easy to make in bulk with a variety of sentiments. This card was made with thinking of you, sympathy and birthday sentiments!

Happy 2021 my friends!  It's time for the first challenge of 2021 over at Time Out! Our inspiration is to be inspired by Life in the City...with an optional twist of inking. You can see I went very literal for my take on the challenge.

Merry Christmas my friends!  We have a gorgeous inspiration photo for you for our last Time Out challenge of 2020. I loved all the gorgeous grey and white in the inspiration photo but decided to go with the snowflakes for my inspiration.  We all need thank you notes this time of year so I decided to go that route with my card.
