Merry Christmas!

For this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge, I broke out some of my new PTI goodies:  snow flake dies and more of their fabulous felt.  To try and make the die work as well as possible, I ran it through my Sizzix back and forth about three times.  The blue felt cut really well and the cream was okay...but I still love the soft look of the snowflakes.  Perfect colors for this monochromatic challenge.  The button is also PTI and I love the swirly look on it.  Hope you like it...one more down Christmas card done...lots more to make!

THUD!! Have I already picked my Christmas card(s)? Aren't you sending one for the studio too? :) 'Cause this would be perfect in there against sahara sand :) I have my new stuff, just haven't used them yet...did put all the sets together though :) I find the felt doesn't always cut through clean either...I stick a couple of pieces of card stock on top of the sandwich. It seems to work better...I'll have to try my metal shim too :) It works great on the doilies :) We have our Terry Fox run today at school...a yearly thing we do at school :)
