Merry Christmas

One more week of work...and then I'm off for Christmas/New Year's week. I'm looking forward to the week off to spend lots of time with family.  But before I'm off, I needed a card for a male co-worker to provide him with a thank you and a gift card to one of his favorite book stores.  So...a bit more masculine was in order. At first I was going to stamp snowflakes, but then decided on using a snowflake die (Memory Box - Snowflake Collage) to mimic the images on the CAS(e) this Sketch inspiration.  Finished it off for with a tag for the sentiment and a die cut around the edge.  Have to say I'm pretty pleased with the end result!  I'm also adding this to the challenge over at Inkspirational for neutrals only.

Lynn, I had to come in for a really close close-up! How are these die cuts, they look as if they have become one with the card base they're so perfect! Beautiful representation of our Sketch!

No wonder you wanted to use dies, Lynn. Those snowflake dies are intricate and gorgeous. I can just see all the little leftover pieces on your desk. ;)

Who makes those dies - fabulous snowflakes and a wonderful card :) I have two days left to work and then 11 off - can't wait!! Jammie days, puzzle making, reading, hanging as a family - priceless!

This is really stunning Lynn and such a great idea to use a die cut instead of a stamp. Goodness all these dies! This would be great for our 'neutrals' challenge at Inkspitational if you have time to pop by

What a clever take for a masculine card, kraft was such a super wise choice and I need to remember this!

Lynn, your 'wintry wonderland' card is absolutely gorgeous...oops, I mean 'handsome and striking' *grin*! Those snowflakes...swooning inducing, especially set atop the kraft! I know your co-worker adored this, as do I! Thank you for sharing this gem in the Inkspirational gallery! Happy New Year!

Our Swiss grade Rolex watches are made of 904L steel, that is more costly and complicated to produce because it’s very hard, but it’s worth it since it is more rust and corrosion-resistant than other steels, and hold the polish much better than the 316L steel. Buy your rolex replica here.
