Thanks Ever So Much

Happy Halloween my friends!  I hope your little ones have a fabulous time trick or treating tonight! I know I have several excited little boys.  We'll have Mario, a gangster and a lottery ticket machine trick or treating and Ryan will be at a high school party.  I'll also be taking a half day from work for Marcel's classroom party so be on the look out for lots of pictures!

I have two cards to share with you.  This first one above is for the Viva La Verve Sketch Challenge.  I am dipping into my patterned papers again and my new Studio Calico wood pieces that I added a touch of ink too.  Love them.

And don't you just love this cheery card.  I had fun using the Woot Woot set for this card.  This card was given to a co-worker already who passed a big exam.  Three people passed this time...so I had to make up a variety of cards.  I thought this was perfect to celebrate.  Michele is sharing this over on the CAS-ual Fridays Stamp blog today.  Hope you like them both...Happy Halloween!

Love the way you lightly inked the edges of the wood leaves, Lynn and your second card is so bright and cheerful! The stars, the angled stripes and that fun sentiment all come together for a perfectly happy card!

Can't wait to see the Halloween pics - have fun! :)

Both cards are fantastic Lynn, I adore the patterned papers you chose for the first card and those wood leaves? The sentiment on card too is one you could use for cards and scrapbooking again and again.

Love them both, but the last one with the stars and bling really stands out with those pops of colour! Sounds like an exciting time in Loveland tonight! I've got my 4 pumpkins carved and a whack load of candy for tonight...lots of kids in the neighbourhood and I'm a teacher at the school so I think I'll have lots of traffic! LOL OR lots of candy left over! Can't wait to see the pictures :)

Be still my heart...maple leaves LOL! Love the touches of colour you added to them and the yummy red and orange colours you used. The stars strip of DP are great! They just pop off the page against the white. Well done on both. Look forward to seeing picture :)
