I decided to play along with two challenges for the card: PaperSmooches Sparks Challenge and the CAS-ual Friday's Challenge. From the Sparks inspiration photo, you can see I picked up the red and white polka dots as well as a pop of orange and green from the sweet little animal on the bed. All of the stamps are from PaperSmooches.

Happy Birthday
Hello there, this weekend's errands involved an errand to Archiver's to spend some of the gift card I received from Pat for Christmas. While I was there, I picked up these fun Bazzill cards. I love the scallop edge that is already cut. To add a bit of color, I put a piece of green cardstock on the inside of the card. It would be so easy to add strips of patterned paper too.

Such a fun and whimsical card! I made my second ever trip to Archivers (at the Mall of America) and kind of stood their just dumbfounded with all the crafty stuff in one place.
LOVE those scalloped edges AND the bold circles...totally fun card looking for a party :) We are subzero here today and today I'm simply thankful for my new garage keeping my car warm in the winter and a short drive to work :) -33 C here with windchill...think it will be an "in" day :) Stay warm and hope the trip is going well :)
it is such a fun and happy card. love the red circles.
Wish there is a Archivers in Seattle area.
Scallops and polka dots-they are like a little black dress, you cant go wrong with them and this card is SO right! :)
I love this! Your polkadots really work. :)
Cute! Love the green behind the scallops - an awesome touch. When I make it to Ohio one day you must take me to Archivers!
I love your interpretation on the photo! I kind of think the scallops may be the ridges on the head board? Wish that was my bedroom, wow!
Beautiful use of your new purchase--these ready cut scalloped card stock! I bought some of those for Scrapbooking(12x12) at Archivers in MI 2 years ago and they still waiting to be used (LOL)! Love your CAS with the circular stamping and twines! Darling design! Glad that you join the fun with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
Oooh, nice touch with the green on the inside. Fun! So glad you joined us for CAS-ual Fridays!
Really fun card :) Thanks for playing with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
I love the great shaped front to the card Lynn, brilliant idea with the coloured insert too :)Your rows of circles are a fun geometric take on the challenge photo :)
