Celebrate the Season

When I get new goodies, I like to use them right away.  So...I've had the new PTI wine bottle tag die for a few weeks and it had yet to be christened in my Sizzix machine :)  This week was it was time for its christening :)!  I kept the tag very simple making holly leaves from my Verve New Mercies set by adding a few gems and then adding the PTI sentiment.  With this particular bottle of wine though it may be better to have created a baby tag!  Don't you love the foot!  Cheap wine, but it tastes good!
And here is a close up of my entry for this week's Wee Memories Challenge!

I've got a confession, I often times like the taste of cheap wine more than the expensive kind, so I often don't drink wine...Your tag is delightful, and the leaves overhanging the side is a great little touch!

I meant to say that I don't drink wine often outside the confines of my home because they don't sell a lot of cheap wine at restaurants.

This is a great gift idea, Lynn! I think you are a genius to make a tag for this brand of wine as a gift to new parents. That foot is perfect and in the yellow, would be great for a parents of boy or girl! Really love that idea, and will probably steal it from ya! LOL!

I could never go because I would have to bring ALL my 6x6 pads!! LOL LOVE the Verve leaves with little berries...ah, Christmas is coming whether I try to deny it or not...I love Christmas, just not this early :)

Love your tag, Lynn! What a terrific shape with the notch at the bottom. Love how you let the holly leaves trail off the side-and the little clusters of bling are lovely!

Lynn, why oh why did you have to show this tag? I love it and you've embellished it so simple but effective and not overdone.

P.S. my favorite wine is cheap too called Moscato Provincia di Pavia.
Here it is like $10 a bottle and seriously one of the best wines I've had. :)

Way to think outside the box on the holly leaves! Really like the gems! (Barefoot is good...my FIL turned me on to it and I love that it comes in mini bottles).
