Love You

Today we're off to our God Child's First Communion...followed by a small Super Bowl Party at our house.  It should be a great day with lots of dear friends.

I succumbed and purchased a heat gun and embossing supplies...oh my...I wonder why I spend so much on crafting supplies, but I love it!  Crafting provides me with so much relaxation.  I've found I rarely watch much tv anymore as I'm happily crafting away...

For this card, I embossed the background Vintage Vogue set using clear embossing powder.  I also embossed the flower.  All of the colors are either Regal Rose or Rose Red...two of my favorites!  I added some twine, gems and a brad for a little extra embellishment.

Thanks to Stampin 411 for the sketch inspiration!

Ingredients:  All Stampin' UP, Regal Rose, Rose Red, Whisper White and Kraft Paper, Short and Sweet and Vintage Vogue Stamp Sets; Brads and twine

That is so pretty. I especially like the 'frame' you put around your words. So elegant.
