Happy 40th Thale!

One of my dear friends from grade school had a surprise 40th birthday party this weekend. We get together a few times a year and our children are very close in age, so it is always a ball!

To celebrate her birthday, her husband, Mike, had a great idea to give her 40 roses. Four sets of 10 for each of decade of her life. We toasted her to celebrate each of the 10 years: first her mom, then me, then her husband and then her children. More than a few tears during the toasts!

Below is the card below for her celebration. Thanks to Stampin' 411 for the inspiration.

Ingredients: SU Papers: Blush Blossom; Kiwi Kiss; Regal Rose; Basic Grey Paper: Lemonade Dandelion; Stamps: PaperTrey Ink: Fancy Flourishes; Mega Mixed Messages
