Happy Sunday my friends. I'm so happy to say that I'm crafting live today! We've been in our house for almost a month now and this is the first day I've broken out the craft supplies. We are pretty much unpacked and the Christmas decorations (not the tree) are up. We always have our family over the Sunday after Thanksgiving so it was the perfect excuse to get the decorations up. I love coming home to them but will also be happy to take them down at the end of the month :)! Pat is busy working on my mum's bedroom/bathroom/closet. She will be moving with us in the next couple of weeks. Tile and painting are on deck this week for him. We're all really looking forward to having her here.
So back to crafting....I was in need for a card to congratulate one of my college professors on his retirement. He has been at the University of Dayton for 30 years. He definitely was someone who made an impact on my career so this will be popping in the mail to him with a gift card this week. Thanks to CAS(E) this Sketch for inspiring me to get back to crafting.
If you are interested...here's my current makeshift craft space. Eventually Pat will transform this into my craft room! In the meantime...I'll happily craft right here.
I hope that all of my American friends also had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend! Back to reality tomorrow!
