I've been meaning to get some kind of brick stencil or EF...just for this reason! It looks so cool! I love the colours :). Did Pat finish another house?
I absolutely love this card Lynn, so perfectly CAS and the background brick is awesome in watercolour. My brick stencil is out on my craft desk to be seen tomorrow!
