Happy Tuesday...back today with another post highlight the fabulous dies from Frantic Stampers. My father-in-law has sailboat pictures all over his house. He loves the look of the water and a beautiful sailboat. He is a gem of a person to all those in his life and certainly is an anchor of my husband's family. For his card, I kept the card ultra CAS and left sailboat die cut in laid in the white card stock. The card was finished off with the sentiment a simple sentiment and a border of patterned paper. The detail in the die is gorgeous.
For my second card that will likely go to my hubby, I went for a very colorful result using a mix of patterned papers and a touch of stamping. It's great to stretch your supplies and see how you can create a completely different look with the same die cut.

Loving them both! Way to show the diversity of that fabulous sailboat die.
Your fil and husband will love these cards! Stunningly, gorgeously CAS for your fil. That die is awesome and that you've inlaid it is perfection. And DH's card...jaw droppingly fantastic. The water you've created is brilliant. As always, Lynn, these are just wonderful. Love them. Bev
Love both cards and you have really shown how versatile that die is.
especially like the first card-inlaid die fab and great card for the anchor in the family x
One die, two totally different looks but both fantastic, Lynn. We should all try to stretch our dies like this.
