Love Always

Happy Friday Eve (I think I say that every week!)  I'm coming to you with a card I made several months ago, but never shared here. I love the fonts and the trailing sweet little hearts...nice and CAS with a touch of glitter.

Last night we finished decorating our Christmas tree.  About half way through Pat said, "Uh oh...boys step away for a minute."  He went to get the fishing line to tie to the wall.  I had a nice laugh with Pat about it.  Putting up the tree when I was growing up was never complete until my dad tied the tree to the wall with fishing line...and let's just say my dad wasn't as fast at getting it secured as Pat was.  Oh how I miss my dad, but memories like that certainly make me smile.

Sunday night we went over to my mum's to help her decorate her tree.  Here are some pictures of the kids putting up the ornaments.  Collin and Marcel were at Indian Guides so they didn't get to help Nana!
And afterwards, we had a pizza dinner and relaxed for a while together.  Jonathon is sporting a comb in his hair from the Christmas crackers...my mum is relaxing with Jonathon and Madeleine's dog Pumpkin...resting her knee with an ice pack and a glass of wine!

LOVE that card - so much white space, but with a fun, bold message. Love the tree decorating photos too - at first I thought that one of your boys has a girlfriend, but now I'm assuming cousins? I'm not ready for the girlfriend thing quite yet, but I'm sure it's coming soon!
