Anniversary Cards!

Happy Sunday!  We're having a lazy day here today.  In a couple hours, we're going to head over to my mum's to help decorate her tree, but in the mean time, I have a couple of cards to share with you.  The first one is inspired by the Cloud9 Blog Hop.  I loved the gorgeous inspiration photos.  It is for a co-worker who is celebrating her five year anniversary next week.

The second card is for another co-worker who celebrated his 15th anniversary yesterday (I'll be a couple days late).  It is inspired by the sketch at CASE this Sketch. Karen commented the other day that I have a rustic, clean style.   I have to say I've been laughing as I've been crafting the last couple of days...it does describe the style that I like the most.  She has me pegged.

I hope you are having a fabulous weekend with your family.  I'll be back at 8 and midnight with more inspiration for you!

Both cards are great. I love that fairisle pattern you used on the first card, and your thank you card is a rustic and serene beauty.

No matter how your cards end up looking, I think they are all great. But gosh, I sure do love it when they turn out rustic and clean and simple. There's just something about these two cards that resonate beauty. That second card looks like a scene out of my window right now (minus the fun red bird).

Rustic clean, I love that! And, I love your cards!!! The Fair Isle anniversary is SO perfectly CAS and I love your take on the CASE this Sketch challenge. I'm going through a bit of lost Mojo, lots of paper in the trash today. Mama's not happy, ugh!!!

Rustic and clean would not really go together in my mind, but you pull it off wonderfully! I love the little pop of red on all that 'natural' colour, Lynn. Thanks so much for playing along with CAS(E) This Sketch this week!
