Happy Saturday! As this post goes live, we have three boys spending the night to celebrate Jonathon's 12th birthday. His birthday isn't until the 20th, but tonight worked best for his birthday party. He's already received an early birthday present from us and he is super excited to have his first cell phone. He's reached the age where he is out with out us a bit more and it is so much easier to reach them if they have a phone. We've also chatted about how he can use it for his safety too.

Totally agree on the phone! We just gave Brett his birthday present very early as well.....it's nice to know by a quick text that he made it home from school ok!
