CAS-ual Fridays: For the Girls

Last week was so much fun at CAS-ual Fridays!  I absolutely loved seeing your blog inspired creations. Stunning entries my friends!

Now...today, we are back with another fun challenge for you.  Our sponsor this week is the fabulous Simon Says Stamps with tons of gorgeous crafting goodness for you to choose when you win!  Be sure to hop on over to their store for inspiration.

The challenge for this week is For the Girls!  October is breast cancer awareness month and we encourage you to create a card that celebrates the women in your life:  your mom, grandmother, sisters, friends...we'd love to see your inspiration.  For my card, I choose to create a card using Paper Smooches Hope set.  This set is simply fabulous.

Come, play along...you have the chance to be a guest designer with us too!

I love the pink gingham boxing glove! This is a fun card, but would really be an inspiring card for the recipient, too.

Love your paper pieced boxing glove and how you created borders with the sentiment and ribbons. Fabulous card, Lynn. :)

That sentiment and those images just rock, Lynn! They remind of the 2006 Olympics and our men's hockey team wasn't doing that well at first, but the women's one was...so the comment was "skate like a girl!" Anything special planned for the weekend other than the party? Hugs!

Fabulous... I need to make some cards like these ones for a special friend... if this one has gone into a dusty box can I have it?

Perfectly sweet but powerful at the same time. I love how you repeated the sentiment for a border.
