Thanks (and a question)

Oh la la...is what I thought when I saw this month's Artful Delight Sketch. I love the clean and simple design.  You all know I'm more of a color challenge girl than a sketch girl (not sure why!), but I was drawn to this one quickly. And...I love how the Artful Delight kits always seem to have so much fabulous color...so my colorful palette is a nod to the kits colors :)
And...two of my favorite bloggers:  Karen and Erin, are on the Artful Delight team...so how could I not play along?

A question for all of you:  what stamp cleaner do you use?  I use the Stampin' Up Cleaner and pad.  Despite washing it fairly regularly, I always have to make sure I stamp it a few times so the stamp is really clean.  My blocks are always filthy too. Is it just me or does anyone have any magic tricks? I'd love to hear your feedback!

Very Pretty card, Lynn!!
I mostly use baby wipes , sometimes I use Stampendous stamp cleaner & scrubpad.
I try to clean my block with wipes when I clean stamps. If they've some stubborn stains, I just clean the acrylic blocks with dishwashing soap and water.

I am the same as Piali... I only use baby wipes. Sweet card Lynn - the rounded corners are a nice detail.

Love the offset panel Lynn - really catches the eye :) I am interested in the replies you get to your question, so thought it only fair to let you know what I do currently. I use the SU pad with Hero Arts ultra clean. The inks come off the stamps great and better than a baby wipe in my experience but you do get a residue left on the blocks which I wipe away with a baby wipe as I put them away. It would be great to find a baby wipe with ultra clean in it!

Hmm, maybe you and Debby can start a business, she's got a great point! Your card is divine! I love the bright, fun colors and great use of the sketch! Thanks so much for playing along at Artful Delight! I use regular ol' dollar store wipes to clean my stamps, and if they are really bad then scrub them with soap and water. I read somewhere, maybe on Simplicity? that when she had dirty blocks a reader offered up the suggestion to use a magic eraser and I think she reported back that it worked perfectly-after rinsing them off!

Love these bright colors against the kraft base. To clean my stamps I use Ultra Clean -- which is fabulous. Because it can be a bit "oily" when used with a stamp scrubber I started using a piece of absorbent chamois / shammy (for drying your car). I pick mine up at the dollar store and cut it to fit into my stamp scrubber. I can rinse it out and reuse it a ton before I replace it with another piece. Hope that helps.

Pretty card! I just use baby wipes to clean stamps and blocks as I go. Sometimes I clean with soap and warm water if they are particularly dirty or if I use certain inks:). Nothing fancy here.

oh, love those colours on kraft! The stripes contrast perfectly against the flowers! I use the SU pad and cleaner, baby wipes for really inked up stamps and then the SU pad. The baby wipes clean up the blocks really well and I don't have to haul them into the bathroom to wash. I also use Staz On cleaner when I use Staz On or if a stamp needs a good wash.

gorgeous bold colored card. I am curious about what others say. I used baby wipes most of the time and use dish detergent and water when the pigment ink does not come off completely. But there are some spots on my acrylic blocks too.

Love the paper you created with the stamps. Great take on the sketch. I use the SU spray and scrubber. Have a recipe for home made cleaner I want to try. I got some replacement SU pads when mine didn't seem to clean as well any more and that helped a lot. As for the blocks, a bi to warm water and soap will clean them wonderfully.

Oooh la la indeedy! I love your stamping on this bold, fun card, Lynn!
Hmmmm...so you're meant to clean your stamps?! LOL! I tend to wipe with an alcohol-free baby wipe. For my blocks and any stubborn ink, I use Ultra-Clean - does the trick every time! HTH!
Hugs!

I used to use the SU cleaner since I was a demo. When it ran out I switched to Stampendous brand (it smells like bubblegum) and I think it works great! You can get it at Hobby Lobby and Michael's. I always buy it with a coupon, but it is really reasonable. I think it does a great job of getting my stamps super clean.
Your card is so beautiful and whimsical. LOVE! :)

Oooo! I can totally see why you love the color palette, girl! This is delish! And your stamping is perfect in every way! LOVE it to pieces!

I have a SU cleaner and scrub pad, but it's been tucked away for a long time. You have to wash it nearly every use to keep you stamps super clean. Baby wipes are my go-to cleaner, and I can't see me ever going back.

Fabulous colors, so glad Karen and I could drag you kicking and screaming on over to yet another challenge blog :) Woo hoo for joining us at Artful Delight. I use baby wipes, I've got a Stampin Up cleaning pad, but for some reason it rarely gets pulled out.

I love this card, Lynn!! I love the colors, and you did a fabulous job with the sketch :) As for stamp cleaner, I also use the SU one. I agree that my blocks are filthy, it does clean my stamps well, though.

Fabulous card!!! Yes to all of the above cleaning...had to read as it was a question on my mind too!!! I use the SU and cleaner, stazon for those types of ink, baby wipe for longer stamps and in btwn. on others!

LOVE your pretty card with the vibrant colors!
I use the SU or CTMH cleaning solution with the scrubber pad and think it works great. Now for the lazy part - when my blocks get to the point I think they are not clean enough, I put them on the top shelf of my dishwasher and wash them! Works great! But don't run them through the dry cycle because sometimes they shatter! YIKES!

Have you tried Mr. Clean magic eraser on your stamp blocks? It works great on mine. I also use it to clean my desk surface (formica) every so often. It truly is magic, I am always amazed at how well it cleans.
