Show Choir Camp

Crafting time has been pretty limited the last couple of weeks. I am typically a weekend crafter and then I schedule my posts for the week.  I'll sneak down to the craft week during the week, but am not down there for too long.  So...since crafting time has been limited, this week is going to be challenge free on the old blog of mine.  I'll be sharing some Christmas cards that I've had created for a while. This first one has the linen impression plate on the base and then uses multiple layered dies to give the snowflake more dimension.  Love the white on white!

Now...onto some family shares.  This past week all four boys participated in show choir camp.  Collin and Marcel went in the morning from 9 to noon and Ryan and Jonathon went in the afternoon from 1 to 5.  Lots of driving to and from school this week for Pat.  All my photos from the actual show are super blurry, so I'm hoping to get some from the director and I'll share them when I do.  I also ordered the video.  I can't wait to get it.  Here they all are sporting their camp shirts.

I love these shortest to tallest photos.   Collin said, "I think Marcel is growing bigger than me!"

And here you see Marcel's true personality coming out...and ahem..the oldest brother may be done at this point.  Marcel had a ton of speaking parts in the little kids show...he was a crack up. No shyness at all to stand in front of a full auditorium and talk!  Collin was a little dancing singing, machine.  He has some serious rhythm!  I was so impressed at the older show too.  They had some hard choreography and both Jonathon and Ryan did great.

And then we went to our local Whippy Dip...yummy soft serve ice cream.  Olivia and her friend, Alexandra, came by to watch the show!  Super fun night!

They all look taller to me today - tell them to STOP growing :) - it goes way too fast! Looks like they're enjoying their summer so far, Lynn - can't wait to see the show photos!

Love your beautiful card too - white on white is always so striking! :)

Looks like you had a fantastic weekend! Great pics of your boys, as always.
Your card--stunning! White on white is one of my favorite styles, especially for a wintry card. The layering of the snowflake is perfection!

oh, these are adorable pictures!!! All of them at Show Choir camp...so inspired by their big brother :) The lined up one reminds me of the von Trapp family singing "Goodbye" in The Sound of Music! Yes, Marcel is growing like a weed or "heighening" himself with lifts! Just precious :) Now, seems to me I sat in that very spot at the Whippy Dip...ah, memories of a humid, hot visit! That lovely snowflake is cooling me down...LOVE the dimension :) Is it too early to call my Christmas card! ACK! :)

Love all the photos! Especially the first of the tallest to shortest! You can see on Colin's face that he is worried that Marcel is close to outgrowing him! And so love your white on white card! :> And it's cool to know when you craft! For me less on weekends and more during the week whenever i get the chance!

Awww! Love these pics of your guys! Glad they had such a good time at camp. Will they be giving the Partridge Family a run for their money?? Or perhaps the Jonas Brothers need to watch their backs. :D

Love the card too. The white on white is so classic looking.

Between you and Laurie, I might actually have to get that impression plate at some point. :) Love this card, by the way. Where is the snowflake from? I love how deeply it embossed.

This is my favourite of the week..which sounds kind of weird but I'm travelling back through your blog so that makes sense now :0)
Love the white on white but the blue sentiment is that clinching detail...so soft to match the style :0)
Fun pictures, out of your boys I think Jonathan looks like his Mama the most.
