Just Us Girls Technique Challenge

I have to share that I love being part of the Just Us Girls design team.  The team is wonderful.  Low pressure and very fun.  I love that the ideas of the group encourage me to try new things with the tools I already have.  And that is what this week is about.  Trying a new technique.  And the rock star of CAS cards, Andrea, has a super fun technique for us to try this week:  Faux Embossing.  Click here for a quick tutorial.  For my card I used the shamrock dies from Verve and complimented them by stamping them and adding a tag to the ribbon.  I'd love to see what you create with this technique.

Please stop by and check out the gorgeous creations from the other design team members!

Love that you chose a soft green for your shamrock creation, and how you made the faux embossing technique the focal point. Beautiful design, Lynn!

Wow, those embossed shamrocks look amazing! They look like dies adhered to cardstock. I need to watch that video.
