Hope Your Day is Fabulous

Happy Monday!  Other than a couple of errands and a little to and from for Ryan to volunteer at a homeless shelter with our church, I stayed put most of the day.  It was certainly welcome!  I even had a few hours when there were no boys (or hubby :)!) in the house.  I went down to create, but actually spent most of the time organizing my craft room a bit more.  And...decided to sell quite a few things.  If you're interested, please feel free to visit this page.

I did make today's card for our niece, Ally.  She turns eight this weekend!  She'll love the pink, but as I look at this I should have used a sentiment more appropriate for her age.  Woops.  The colors were inspired by this week's Play Date Cafe.  I thought I had some hot pink gems, but only had the lighter ones.  So...it's close, but not quite the same color splash.  The background was created with a Practicing Creativity set.  Hope your week gets off to a great start and here's hoping your lucky and have today off!  The boys do...but I'll be heading off to work!

Um, wow. That's all I could say when I saw this in my reader. Now I had time to study it and I see all the wonderful details in it! Love each pearl, the perfect black stamping, the big beautiful bow! And I love to see that stamp set in action, reminds me to ink mine up again!
