The fabulous ladies at Just Us Girls are having a design team call and I thought I would give it a try! To enter, you have to make a card using the sketch below and make a 3-D item. I decided that I'd coordinate my two items together. I love the box from My Time Made Easy's Slip Cover template. My Cricut is getting used more and more these days using the SVG templates to make little treat boxes. This one is big enough that I could put in a set of cards of a variety of goodies as a gift.
For the card, I turned the sketch vertically and instead of three vertical brads or buttons on either end, the gems are placed in various positions. The flowers, leaves and stamps are all yummy Verve stamps. The background panel is embossed with PTI's linen impression plate and I inked up the edges with SU's Crumb Cake ink.
And here's a close up of the gift box. I added some Stampin' Up Very Vanilla ribbon with a button and touch of twine. Now...I need to decide who will receive these goodies and cross my fingers that I make the design team :)!
