Happy 19th Anniversary Pat! (and...a giveaway...)

Hello there!  I have been posting to my blog lately, but I haven't been too chatty for a reason!  We just returned from a week at the beach!  It was really nice to get away together before the boys head back to school in just one week.

But today, I'm here for another reason...to wish Pat a happy 19th anniversary!  As the years pass life continues to be great.  It doesn't mean that every year has been easy, but together we've made our marriage great.  There are so many things I could go on and on about why I love him...but to sum it up.  I love him because he is him.  He makes me smile, he eases my burden when life becomes a bit too much, he loves me for me, he is a wonderful father and I love him for him.

Happy Anniversary Pat...here's to many, many more happy, healthy years together.

PS Here's a look back at how we looked 19 years ago!

And...in honor of our anniversary and my belated blog 2nd blog anniversary (back in early July...) I thought I'd have some blog candy.  There are three giveaways below.

First up, one of my favorite, favorite Verve Sets, New Mercies, along with the current PaperCrafts issue.
Second, the July issue of Cards along with a the PTI Forest Friends and Forest Friends Sentiment Set.

Last, but certainly not least....three sets of stamps from My Little Shoebox.  With each of these I'll likely put in a few little extra bits and pieces too.

Please let me a comment telling me about your favorite recent purchase for crafting!  I will pick a random winner for each one on Friday, August 26th.

A very happy anniversary to you and your husband! I love the cheerful colors of your card for him and the fun embossing on the mat stack.

Happy blog anniversary, too! I actually have all of the sets you're giving away, so feel free to exclude me from the drawing. I just wanted to say hello and congratulate you on 19 years!

Happy happy happy anniversary! Congrats on 19 years - you guys are an inspiration! :) And loved seeing your wedding pics - so sweet!

My favourite recent crafting purchase would have to be my CARDS subscription. Yes, I broke down and coughed up the huge overseas sub price but it's so much more fun to look at it in my hands than on the computer screen. :)

Happy Anniversary to you and Pat, Lynn! That card is just gorgeous! Love everything about and I am sure he will too!
My favorite recent craft purchase-a club membership to The Stamps Of Life for my mom on her birthday. Wasn't sure if she would like it, but she loved it and calls me whenever it arrives in her mailbox all excited. LOL!

Happy Anniversary!!! My latest haul was from Walmart. They had their cricut lite carts on sale for $19 and a few old carts for $23. I would have never bought these at full price. Cut half price I took a chance. Most of them I loved. So glad I bought them.

Happy Anniversary Lynne and Pat,

I just purchased some gorgeous Xmas paper from Craft creations and a versa magic chalk white ink. After seeing all the Xmas cards people are busy making and showing on their blogs I thought I had better get some Xmas card shopping done. I was having problems printing on dark paper and after doing some research from other blogs I decided to buy the white ink which has been used and it is really effective.
Have a good day and love to you and Pat

Aww, Lynn, you guys were a cute couple 19 years ago as you are now. Congratulations to you too! I love your card and the colors you've chosen. I also think it is so neat that you made a card for him! And I'll answer your question because you are the one that got me to purchase it: The linen impression plate from PTI! I love that thing!

Happy anniversary and congrats on being together so many years and may you be blessed with many, many more. :-)

My latest craft purchase was my Big Shot which I got for $50 as it was on special at the time and also because it was a demo model. It had cuts in one plate where it had been used only once to cut a die.

First of all, happy anniversary! Second of all, how generous of you! Hmmm, I think my favorite recent purchase for crafting is a big Memento Tuxedo Black inkpad. I've only ever used that tiny Dew Drops size, which is ridiculous when I'm trying to ink anything larger than my thumb. Kind of boring, but there you have it. :) Thanks for the chance!

Happy Anniversary. I'm about to have my 5th wedding anniversary. It feels like it was just yesterday, except for the two kids and all that :)

I just purchased the New Mercies stamp set from PaperTrey myself. Those PTI stamps are just so great, aren't they? I also bought a bunch of their faith sentiments. I particularly love the Hebrews 4. Thanks for the chance to win some goodies.

My favorite thing I have purchased lately is from Joann's, and it is the Spellbinders Nestabilities, Labels One. They can be used to cut, emboss and stencil.
