...at our house. The training wheels are about to officially be retired. They have been well loved after four boys. This little man is proud to be on a two wheeler and I'm sure before long he'll be chasing down the side walks after his big brothers.
And after two days of riding, he has "whispered in my ear", "Mommy, tomorrow when you come home from work will you buy me a BIG two wheeler?" I think that will wait for birthday number six in October :)

Love the photos :) Such an exciting time for him.
GREAT photos, Lynn!! So exciting to be done with the training wheels. My 5 year old guys are still not ready to give them up! Maybe next summer...
Congratulations Marcel! (I can't leave without saying that we just retired our itty bitty two wheeler and had to purchase a BIG two wheeler at a garage sale because even though our little one tried and tried with his little legs peddling with all his might he could never keep up with the big boy. Now, they race!)
Awe, sweet photos. That is awesome. Those milestones for our kids are so bitter sweet. We are so proud that they have accomplished something so wonderful but sad to know they are not babies anymore.
When my youngest (1 1/2) started drinking out of a cup a couple months ago, I got a little teary eyed. My baby is not a baby anymore. LOL!!
So cute! Look at how proud he is! And kinda sad that this is the last of training wheels in your house! Hopefully soon my daughter will get over her fear of her bike and want to learn too, lol!
Such a wonderful milestone, I see a scrapbook page in the future.
One of my favorite rights of passage with my boys! Awesome photos! Congrats big guy! :)
I love coming here! You always fill my heart with such good memories, Lynn! I love the look of sheer concentration on his sweet face! Have a fun weekend, my friend! Way to go, Marcel!! Woo, hoo!
Congrats, Marcel! You'll be out biking your big bros in no time! :)
Well done Marcel, there's no looking back now:)

congrats, Marcel!! How exciting!! I have a cute story of when Jake was learning how to ride a 2 wheeler and when he went with my dad to buy his first real big one :) I'm sure he'll be an expert by the time I see him on Friday :)
Yay, Marcel! You are so cute on your bike. Great to see you have a helmet, too!
How exciting! I remember that so well with my biggest. Keep on truckin!
