A Recipe For You...

If you're reading the title and thinking you're getting a recipe and you know me well...you are probably falling over in shock.  I cook, but not often enough.  So today, my recipe is for a card!  The current challenge at A Passion for PaperTrey is to make a card following this recipe:

•A dollop of color (3 colors - plus neutrals if required, e.g black/white)
•A sprinkling of buttons (2 buttons)
•A pinch of ribbon (1 Ribbon)

Fantastic challenge...I layered my two buttons and had fun playing with the PTI Anniversary Set.
And did you see the news from PTI?  I'm so excited...I live in Cincinnati so I am going!  Let me know if you are too, I'd love to meet my blogging friends in person.

Love your card, especially how you have put together the bow on the ribbon. What's the secret for getting it to sit flat. I have tried and it always ends up too bulky. Lucky you going to the PTI convention. Love their stamps. Still on the wish list though mainly because of the postage.

Beautiful card! I'm so jealous....I want to come so bad to PTI's event, but I think I might be cutting it a little close to my due date. Have fun....I'm sure you will!
