My first card will go to my nana. My great uncle passed away from a massive heart attack over the weekend. My nana's heart is broken. She comes from a very large family and has lost several siblings, but her brother, Peter, has been absolutely wonderful to her. My nana is 91 years old and truly amazing.
Ingredients: Stamps: Verve; Ribbon: Stampin' Up Whisper White; Stampin' Up Crumb Cake Ink/Paper
Sticking with my monochromatic sketch, I made a second card following Lucy's Sketch #5.
Ingredients: PTI Kraft; PTI Damask Design Stamps and Beautiful Blssoms Dies; Stampin' Up Soft Suede Ink; Ranger Distress Inks Antique Linen
And now my boys have reentered the house...so I much finish typing my post! Catch you later!

These are beautiful, Lynn, but never fun to have to make. So sorry to hear about your great uncle and my thoughts are with your nana.
Very beautiful cards, Lynn. They convey a very peaceful feeling which I find sometimes difficult to do with sympathy cards. My prayers go out to your Nana.
These cards are beautiful, Lynn. Love the sentiment on the first one and that flower on your second card is gorgeous! I'm sorry to hear about your great uncle. I'll say a little prayer for your nana. Hugs to you!

My fav card is that second one! The all-white flower is stunning!
They are both beautiful! The colors are so peaceful, and I was just checking out that die today! Sorry to hear of your (and your nana's) loss :(
Great cards Lynn, I really enjoy your second one. Hope things are going to get better for your nana.
Beautiful cards Lynn! Your Nana will love it! :)
Lynn, these are both really lovely!
ah, a quiet house...how lovely...after a day at work, I love the peacefulness of quiet...although I do love hearing my son's voice too :) Don't you just love that Verve Plain Jane? You have made it look so peaceful and serene with the ribbon and neutrals :) Everytime I read this phrase, I lift my head slightly as if looking at the hills...just lovely :)
