For today's card, I am playing along with the Wplus9 Challenge. Love the colors in the challenge. I don't have any of the WPlus9 stamps, but purchased this digital kit for the background paper and flowers on the card. Absolutely no stamping...the sentiment is a sticker from SRM. Quick and easy...I also used this week's Clean & Simple sketch for inspiration.
And an extra card...this was my first one for the Wplus9 challenge...didn't like it though so I made another one!
Ingredients: WPlus9 digital kit, PTI Everyday Button Bits; SU So Saffron, Bashful Blue and Night of Navy Paper; PTI Buttons, SRM Stickers; SU Whisper White Ribbon

Darling cards! :)
Hi Lynn,
Thank you so much for your kind words and birthday wishes over at my place it was very thoughtful.
Oooh I love the tones on the digit kit - something a bit different and BOTH of your cards are lovely - I especially like your bow work and what a fabulous choice of co-ordinating colours :D
Darling cards Lynn! Yes, you are the one who created that fabulous 'K is for Kite' card! Thank you! :)
both are great, but my favourite is the second one
Hi Lynn, thanks for your super sweet comment on my blogeroo, I'm loving checkin' out your own creations here!
The first card here is my fave - I love the distressed edges of the second but that fab layout and super scrummy bow are winners on the first ;D
Hugs,
Aimes

You know what I like best about your cards...they are so modern and contemporary! Thanks for sharing.
I love them both and yeah, it would be so hard to choose between the two. I love the wide scallop, it mattes your ribbon and bow PERFECTLY!! Great use of the digi-kit, you should add it to the Wplus9 Flickr Gallery!
Thanks for playing along!
