Do you ever try to make a card and just think it is ugly, ugly, ugly? That was what I was doing this weekend when I was making my card for the Stampin' 411 sketch. I love the third one I did so I'll share that first...followed by the two rejects!
I made this card using the Tart and Tangy SU set. Perfect for a teacher's thank you note! I put a few little gems on the Thank You...and used lots of bling with the glitter stripes! I used Scor-It tape and then put the glitter on top of it to make the nice clean lines...what do you think? Whisper White, Real Red and Certainly Celery were the colors.
Here's my second reject! I used the Love You Much set for this - stamping the hearts in Close to Cocoa on the various SU DSP paper's from last year's Valentine's line. I then punched them out and adhered them down the side of the sweet DSP with the little love birds...I used a Martha Stewart punch for the side punch.
Three cards..two rejects...but I'm sure I'll use them all! Hope you all are having a great weekend!

I think they're all gorgeous, Lynn! I know what you mean though. I have cards that I shudder at when I look at photos of them! Aren't we hard on ourselves??
You go girl! 3 cards!!! I LOVE the teacher thank you. I think it's the time of year... feeling yucky and mojoless. I dont think the other two are bad at all.. You're being too hard on yourself.
Wow! You've been busy!!! My fave is the apple card, but they are all fabulous!!!!
Wow, love your apple card and the glitter on the sticky tape! Its so bright and brilliant! Although your other cards are great too, the apple card is my favorite.
Wow, Lynn -- I love them all! I like the new look on your blog as well! Thanks so much for playing along with the Stamping 411 Operators this week. We hope you'll play again soon. Blessings, gretchen
