Nonni's Christmas Challenge - Part II

It's time for the next installation of Nonni's Christmas Challenge to inspire you!  Nonni's theme for this month is to use our scraps or old stach.  We all have tons of scraps/old stash and this is the perfect time to use them (there are lots of new gorgeous paper pads, embellishments, etc. out there...use them up so you have an excuse to get new ones!)  For my first card, I used left over patterned paper to create little banners.  Stitched them on and added a few gems and the sentiment.

My second card was super simple...I pulled out scraps where I didn't have a whole sheet of patterned paper and punched out a whole bunch of circles.  The end result was a set of eight cards.  I thought the deer in the patterned paper gave the card a bit more of a country feel.

There are several of us launching the Christmas Challenge for this month.  Be sure to pop along the list below for tons of fabulous inspiration and don't forget to enter the challenge too!

  6. Your first card is so beautifully CAS. Love how you've centered the sentiment over your banners. Very cool second card. The reindeer portion of the scrap in the front is perfect. Great cards. Might have to check out this challenge...love using up my scraps. Bev
