Wishing You Comfort on Difficult Days

This weekend I decided it was time to focus on using up my patterned paper!  I've been on a serious CAS kick with white cards and I want to buy more patterned paper, but I really have to use more before I do.  So...onto today's card.  Still very CAS, but using up the better part of a sheet of 6x6 My Mind's Eye paper. They are releasing paper so fast it is hard to keep up with all their gorgeous 6x6 packs.  Which paper is your favorite these days?

I'm also using up American Crafts ribbon that I've had for I think a couple of years...so two for one on getting rid of some of my stash that I've been hoarding.  I'm entering this into this week's CAS-ual Fridays
challenge.

  6. ah, peace on difficult days...trying to use up patterned paper, those are my difficult days lately ...oh, I'm being cheeky! This is so serene and soft and beautiful :) That ribbon is fantastic with that paper! Hey! I had a dream about you last night! I was visiting with my friend Melisa and another woman we didn't know. Pat was making us dinner and then you got home from work. My alarm went as we were hugging hello!! Happy Shrove Tuesday!! Tony probably won't make it for dinner so we may have to have pancakes tomorrow :) Mom always did that for us :)

  11. Beautiful paper Lynn, the pattern gives a faux texture to the card ! I'm not too good at using PP in my cards but still seem to have a lot of it! My fave is basic grey and Cosmo cricket :0)
