It's been one week since I came back from an amazing crafty weekend away...and it's time to get caught up on the blog! One of my goals last weekend was to get a lot of graduation cards done. In three months we'll be celebrating Ryan and many of his friends graduation. If you've been around here before you know how much I love one layer cards and a touch of collage stamping. These are Avery Elle stamps. Thankful to be able to borrow stamps throughout the weekend.
On my way home I caught up on my Project Life pages about this weekend. Words really can't express how much this weekend fills up my heart. Love these ladies so very much! A huge thanks to Amy and Laurie for organizing such a fantastic weekend. Wonderful to reconnect with old friends and make many new friends.
I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend. I'm sitting here blogging and waiting for Ryan's show choir to perform at about 11:40 EST via live stream in Mississippi. Pretty thankful that even though I'm not there I can still watch them perform!

Such a fun card and perfect for a graduation. Glad you got to get away!
Yea for already scrapping our crafty weekend. It's just the best I've - so glad we could hang out again! And I love the collage card - going to have to try that.
oh, what a fun weekend! Where did the event take place? In a hall? Will this be Ryan's swan song this year? Are there show choirs at college there? What a fantastic run he's had so far! I love the collage look too :) ox
So glad you had a wonderful weekend with your crafting friends, Lynn, it looks like so much fun! The graduation card and layouts look great!

Love the colours that you used for the collage!
And what a super weekend all crafting and talking a lot I think! It is always great to get other input and that from so manny people makes a lot of inspiration... Hugs, Gerrina
Sure looks like you had a blast on your crafty weekend. Did you enjoy the Kansas house? Looks like a very comfortable place to hang out with friends. And your graduation card is wonderful. Whichever of Ryan's friends it goes to, they'll be thrilled with it. Love all the arrows; perfect for a graduate. We've got two granddaughters graduating this year ...sigh... where does the time go?!! Have a great week. Bev
I love your one layer card Lynn, you always make them look so effortless--an amazing skill you have! Another perfect graduation card to add to your stash. You are smart because I put it off too long with both my kids and ended up racing around making cards at the last minute. Your project life pages really tell a story, love the hot pink background. I bet you had an incredible time. I wasn't around yesterday to see the live stream of Ryan's show choir. There is a show choir video there but is it the same event?
Cool collage stamping, Lynn ... love the crisp look! What a wonderful weekend you had ... how fabulous to meet up and get creative with crafty friends! Hugs, Anita :)
Your collage card is really neat, Lynn. It looks like your crafty weekend was a success and a lot of fun.
So glad you had such a wonderful weekend, Lynn! Love all the different fonts and gradient of colors on your card! So pretty!
