Fusion: Happy Birthday

A few weeks ago I was in need of a birthday card for a guy co-worker.  I love to try and plan ahead for the challenge teams I'm on so this was the perfect inspiration for a guy card.  Love the fun colors in the inspiration photo. I love how the sketch mimics the table/shelves, but I couldn't quite make it work so the end result is a pretty CAS birthday card.  Ignore my ink on my sentiment...I need a new navy ink pad!

I hope that you're inspired to come play along with us at Fusion!
PROCEDURES:
1. Play with just the sketch challenge.
2. Play with just the inspiration photo challenge.
3. Or you can create FUSION by combining BOTH challenges into one card.
4. Use the challenge graphic and link back to Fusion in your post.
5. Please read the other considerations on the Our Rules Page before playing along.

WinnersWill be chosen by all of our teammates in two weeks! We each will choose one favourite! The winners will be announced at 4am (PST) in two weeks!! Please check the linky for the days left to play with us!

I just love how you take a sketch or photo (or both), and give it the CAS treatment. This is so fresh! It's a perfect manly card! Great colors in this challenge, btw! Something just special about orange and turquoise... GREAT card. Bev

What a great inspiration card for us, Lynn, and a wonderful design for those pesky guy cards! I find that guys who aren't pesky are a lot easier to design for, don't you? But they are rare, so that could be it. (Wait, was that out loud?) Happy Valentine's Day and weekend!! Hugs, Darnell

These aren't colors I use often, but they definitely pop off the white base.
