Hi there...it's going to be a busy 24 hours on my blog...I'm popping in to share a couple more cards for the current Clean & Simple class...and I'll be back shortly to share a card for the first Time Out Challenge and then one for the next Fusion challenge.
But before I get to my next two posts, let's chat about this post! I took Laura Bassen's inspiration from today's class and did some layered stamping. I love, love, love stamping. For my first card I covered the entire card base. I rarely do this and have just a few background stamps that cover the whole card. I also took Jennifer's tip of inking up the edges of the leaf stamps. Love the extra bit of depth that gives the leaves. Here's hoping I remember that tip!
My second card I used the PTI Grunge Me set...I haven't used that in a really long time. I love the combination of a feminine and masculine card with the same techniques! Happy stamping my friends.
I love your cards, very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteLynn, I LOVE your colours choices for the first card. Awesome background stamp. Your grunge card also amazing, very cool!

ReplyDeleteHi Lynn, I really really love that first card and was wondering where the florals and leaves came from... Could you let me know what set(s) they're in? I've seen them a few times and it's driving me batty trying to find them! TIA!!!
