Hello there stampy friends! I think life has been zooming right past me and it's really hard to believe it is February already. Tracey emailed me last week saying that she liked my cards in the current Stamp It issue. Honestly, I completed missed the publication. Not sure where I was because I was going back through the PaperCrafts blog and saw they had a release week. Yikes! I'm hoping that February is a little slower than January!
Anyways, I picked up a copy of the magazine at our grocery store last week. Man oh man do I love stamping. I could stamp all day and night so I found all kinds of inspiration in the magazine. On Wednesday night, I got to work CASEing some of the cards in the magazine. This card is inspired by Linda Beeson's card on page 42. Her card featured a pop of color for the sentiment and some flowers. Love it! I'm entered in the PaperSmooches Sparks Anything Goes challenge.
I'll be back tomorrow with a couple more cards I cased from the magazine. What about you? Do you have particular favorite PaperCrafts or other crafty magazine? I love the Stamp It special issue as well as the Holiday Cards & More issue.
And...I need to also chat with you about Google+. I spent time this weekend unlinking our Google accounts. Somehow when I was helping Jonathon get on a blog for school over a year ago, his gmail account became linked to my email as well as Pat's. Not sure how it happened, but my contact was overwritten by Jonathon's name so I am quite often receiving emails to my email with Jonathon instead of Lynn in the contact info. Anyways...I think I have successfully unlinked his account and mine should be on its own now. I'm a little worried that I may have messed something up with Blogger but can see I have admin rights on the appropriate blogs still. This is long winded, but if anyone has experience with Google+ I'd be interested!

Where did January go?! I need to catch up to check out your publications!
This is such a bright and cheery number today. Makes me want spring to arrive sooner rather than later! ;D
Lynn, if your CASE is anything like the original, it looks like I definitely need to pick up this issue. Your card is awesome! And now I want to CASE you. :) Wish I could help you out on the Google+ issue, but I have no idea.
Great minds! I did some magazine CASEing the other day! Love the cheery colours here and those sweet little red and yellow flowers. :)
Congrats on the pubs, Lynn!!! Way to go! Super sweet card! Love the pop of red in the sentiment and those adorable little blooms!!! Wish I had some advice on Google+ but I am pretty much technologically challenged and have to rely on my husband for lots of help in the IT department---HA! Sorry.
Love the one red word amongst the black. Such a cheerful Thank You card.
thanks! Love this... google plus... I feel like it's just another layer of the same ol... I don't have a copy of the issue of Stamp It, but can't wait to see how else it inspires you.
Love your card, congrats on being published (many times, if I am correct), and I don't even know what Google + is, although I end up there sometimes.....Love that I have teenagers who can do my computer stuff for me.
love all the sentiments stamped and then the pop! I will never tire of those sweet blossoms. I only know a little about Google and it does like to sync things with accounts, etc. Perhaps "googling" the problem will bring some advice :)
I LOVE those flowers! The enamel dots make the flowers look so yummy! Such fun colors!
Google plus is SO confusing for me - I gave up even trying to figure out how to work it.
