Hello there...it's a fun week on the blog this week with two different guest design spots (stop back tomorrow for my second one!). If you are a regular around here, you know that I love the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge blog so when Chrissy asked me if I wanted to be a guest designer I quickly said yes. I love how clean the sketch is and you could easily take this a variety of directions.
I love subtle patterned papers and used the paper as my jumping off point for the color scheme. This WPlus9 set is fabulous for being able to use any variety of colors. I hope my card inspires you and I'd love to see you play along over at CAS(E) this Sketch!

Yay!! So awesome that you are guest designing! Those chevrons look so happy in yellow, and the floral adds a nice contrast to the graphic pattern. Your card also looks like a good fit for the Fusion Challenge ... both the photo and sketch!
ReplyDeleteOoh...I have a tree image that would be perfect for this week's challenge...but then, your flowers would be fun to stamp too! I love the chevron patterned paper and how you grouped the flowers slightly different between the top and bottom bunch. This is a really good example of the sketch Lynn!
ReplyDeletecould this be anymore beautiful! I just love the yellow and grey on white! Totally yummy! ox
