Hi there, I thought I'd pop in and share another fun summer photo with you. Jonathon's friend, Cam, stopped by on Monday night with his tandem bike. Reminds me of when I was a little girl and my parents had a tandem bike. I would ride in the baby seat behind my mum. My mum didn't know how to ride a bike so it was the perfect way to take a ride with both my parents. Cam's dad bought the bike from Craig's List and they really cleaned it up nicely. Jonathon loved riding on it with him!
Now onto my card for today. I've never bought PTI Soft Stone paper but have admired it on Moe's cards for quite some time. I thought I'd entered this card over in the Passion for PaperTrey Challenge. The theme is summer...love all the beautiful summer blooms that happen this time of year.
And...here's a sweet little thank you card made by Collin. We had a great time crafting together! It's the middle of the week...hope it is a great one for you!

Both cards are great. Collins card is so sweet. How lucky for you to spend time crafting with him.
Love this post! That tandem bike is so cool! I love your card today so summery and fun! Also Colin's card is sweet and I have those flowers too, I think I know where you got it from!
Beautiful work on the cards, Lynn. Love the floral one. The tandem bike is too fun!! You can rent them and ride around the Sea Wall at Stanley Park and they are loads of fun as long as the person in the back doesn't try to stear LOL!
cute summery picture. I see tandem bikes in the neighborhood and alwalys think it is so fun.
Awesome tandem bike!!! I want one! adorable cards. Better watch out. If your son keeps crafting like that, he might get asked to join a DT:)!!
okay, does everyone our age or older have memories of a tandem bike? My aunt used to take me camping and we'd always rent a tandem bike...so fun! I love that they got one on Craig's list! Ah, soft stone...not quite grey, not quite white...the perfect bit of contrast against colours :) So pretty! AND I see Collin has perfected the design concept of "threes." Fabulous! I think I recognize those flowers ;)
Oh my gosh, I love that you and Colin stamped together!! His card is really great! :) And so is yours, of course ;) That bike looks awesome!
That tandem bike looks so much fun!
Both of these cards are lovely - the soft colour palette of yours is gorgeous :)
Goodness, your boys are growing so much! I adore this card Lynn, your stamping is perfection. I know I've said it before but I could learn a lot from studying your cards here on the impact of stamping only. Thank you for sharing that with all of us!
Gorgeous!!! That little bit of ribbon is the perfect touch to the soft colors and sentiment.
How cool! I always wanted to ride a tandem bike!
Love the soft colours on your card and Collin's is fabulous! You have some competition on your hands! :)
Just beautiful, Lynn. Soft colors with a sentiment that's perfect to send to a "dear friend". You're an awesome card maker (as well as a mom and blog friend!). I'm still at Cristina's and getting lots of snuggle time with Sofia and Ben, and trying to give C as much help as possible until I have to go home on the 15th. Sure wish I lived closer. I so enjoy the pictures of your kids. A tandem bike is such fun and brings back memories for me as well! :-)
Such fun a tandem bike. So cool how you and your son had some crafting time together
Love your stamping, Lynn; so soft and pretty on the Soft Stone!
Collin definitely has a designer in him - I wonder where he gets it from....? ;D
Hugs!
