Just Us Girls Wild Card Challenge

 

Happy Saturday...yes, yes, I know what am I thinking with a fall card in the middle of this gorgeous spring we are having?  Well...I picked up this beautiful Teresa Collins patterned paper and I was itching to use it!  It said fall to me...so I made a fall card!  Elise is hosting the Wild Card challenge for us at  Just Us Girls.  If you haven't stopped by her blog before you should...she is always full of fun and kindness!  Her challenge is for us to use a zipper on this card.  And I will say...it was a challenge for me.  The zipper and I weren't quite getting along.. but I stuck with it!  I'd love to see what you create with a zipper.  Are you ready to give it a go?

    Oh I love how you showcased the beautiful paper panel with those tabs. I think the zipper flower works really well.

    this is fabulous, Lynn!! LOVE how the inside of the zipper turned out! But having worked with zipper before, I know your frustration!! I so admire you for rising to all these amazing challenges!! Hey, is that a card basics die? LOL The wrong card basics die? LOL ;)

    I found zippers challenging to work with too when I first tried. But your zipper flower is pure perfection! Beautiful card friend!

    I can imagine working with zippers is tuff but you conquered the awkward customer so well...love the colour you chose to go with the paper too!
