Welcome Sweet Baby

Happy Thursday everyone!  Popping in with a baby card inspired by Jay Gee's Nook Challenge. Isn't the inspiration photo so fun?  So many different things you could do with this.  I decided to use the sweet little birds on the wires in the top of the photo for my inspiration.  And of course, I couldn't resist using my beloved PTI linen impression plate yet again.  Can you hear my happy sigh? :)
I thought you'd get a kick out of these pictures too. Collin has been asking for a robe for a few weeks.  He's making me laugh though because he couldn't remember what it was called and kept calling it a rug instead of a robe.  When we did buy one at Kohl's this weekend, he said in the car on the way home, "I don't know how to wear my rug."  I started laughing since a "rug" is a hair piece...I think he's a bit young for that!  Pat has taken to calling Collin Hugh in honor of Hugh Heffner.
And...Collin is never to far from my side in the craft room.  Here's his latest Valentine :)

I love this card and the fabulous way you framed the birdies! So so sweet!
Collin...uh, I mean Hugh... looks totally stylin' in his robe! And his Valentine's card is fantastic!
Love the word confusion. Yesterday Luis kept talking about having to put another "coke" of paint on some frames he had put together! I shouldn't be amused be sometimes it's pretty funny. And anyway he gets plenty of laughs out of my Portuguese attempts!

love the way you have altered the strength of the ink in the stamps, it is so effective. And I naturally love that impression plate!
Collin look adorable in the rug but I certainly hope he doesn't have any playmates like Hugh's!!

Brian, who will be 9 in April, begged for a "rug" also not too long ago and has that very same robe and loves it. They are funny sometimes, arent they? ;)
