My niece, Elizabeth, celebrates her 17th birthday this weekend. During Christmas, she said quietly (but I overhead her :)), "Why does everyone buy me pink?" I didn't know that she really doesn't like pink. And...she is a super polite girl so I had to chuckle. She never spoke up before because she's very polite. So this is her card. Green is her favorite color...no more pink for Elizabeth! Happy Birthday Elizabeth!
I'm entering this in the current PaperSmooches Spark Challenge. I love the colors in this inspiration photo. Beautiful!

Perfect card for your niece!
Great take on the challenge! I love how you used the twine on the banners. And what a cute story about her not liking pink hehe. I'm sure she'll love this card!
So soft, and I think you've hit the spot using these colors in a feminine way. Great, fun and happy card!
lol! Your poor, polite niece. This looks like a perfect alternative to pink! Amazing twine detailing!
Great use of those colors.
What an AMAZING card! I really like how you knotted the twine. Your niece is so going to love this!
It seems a perfect card for your polite niece. Love the tag you made with the birthday hat and twine treatment.
So cute! Absolutely loved what you did with the twine!
The knotted twine looks amazing Lynn and I love how you have layered your stamping. Thanks so much for joining us at Paper Smooches SPARKS challenge :)
Lynn I love this card. The offset banner with the twine is wonderful. My daughter has never been a pink girl. This is her kind of card.
I'm sure she'll be so impressed with your colour choice, I love the knotted twine :0)

So funny! I used to hate pink, but now, it's one of my favorite colors. Your card is absolutely perfect for Miss Elizabeth! LOVE that banner!
That banner rocks! I love how you knotted the twine and the little stars behind the sentiment are so sweet! I lost that sentiment stamp and miss it so much!
I love how you did that string - so creative.
