{Marcel}

At six...this little man:
  • Just lot his first tooth...and was very excited for the tooth fairy to come last night.  After he called Nana/Mr. Hank and Nana/Pop Pop to tell them the exciting news.
  • After taking this picture, "Mommy, I think you need to put this on-line."
  • Wins the award for being the MOST outgoing of our four boys.  By...a...mile...  We can never go too far without being asked, "Are you Marcel's mom?"  "Are you Marcel's dad?"  "Are you Marcel's brother?"  He has never, ever met a stranger.
  • Loves the word disturbing.  And I quote, "that is weird, strange...and disturbing."  after watching one of his brother's cartoons.
  • Is a negotiator.  He will ask the same question six different ways until he gets what he wants.
  • Is a loving, happy go lucky, adorable little man.  And we are so blessed that he is 100% our little man.
Now...onto a quick card to share.  ColourQ seriously rocks the color challenges.  The blue stretches my limits, but yummo...love the crisp color palette.  Again, I'm making an anniversary card for a co-worker.  We've been having a lot of five year anniversaries at work!

Love the "disturbing" quote! He seems like the coolest little dude! Hope the tooth fairy took good care of him. :)
I love the bright ColourQ colours this week but I've been struggling with them! You, on the other hand, clearly have rocked them!

So cute, Lynn. My Max lost his first tooth Halloween night. I took a photo but he has boogers in his nose and candy all over his teeth! Don't think I will be sharing that one! LOL!
Your card is so beautiful. I love the colors and your fab layout. Hope you had a fun, safe, Halloween! :)

Marcel is just adorable with his missing tooth smile. It's such a big milestone in their life when they loose that first one. Coleen has another loose one this week which will probably come out today.
She loves the Tooth Fairy.

Your card is lovely. I like how you highlighted the one tile with a different color.

Love the twine tying on the card, those are really pretty autumnal colors! Loved how he wanted you to 'post' the pic online! Lol...too cute!

Awww! how precious is that first lost baby tooth, I ask you? Is he your youngest? Sounds very similar to the personality of Evan, our 4 year old! :)

Your card is fabulous! I love that one red flower and the teeny gems in the center of each! So pretty!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend! **hugs** :)

Oh, this really caught my eye, Lynn! I LOVE the way you stamped one of the images in red and stamped the sentiment vertically. Beautifully executed!
Your Marcel sounds like quite the character! My 6 year old daughter just lost her first tooth yesterday, but she actually LOST it! She was worried that the tooth fairy wouldn't come, but she wrote a cute note to leave under her pillow instead. Thanks for sharing some fun facts about your little guy!
