Every year we head away for a scrapbooking weekend. And this is the gorgeous view from the cabin's balcony...but quite honestly we spend most of our time inside scrapbooking away. We had so many laughs this year. Like we do every year...and like every year, I forget to take any pictures all weekend (yes...us scrapbookers may not always be the best at taking our own pictures) and before every heads out the door, I always remember and snap a quick picture of our group! It was really windy outside on Sunday as you can tell from our hair! Here's the gang: Katie, Tammie, Laura, Rhonda, (Mandy...our hostess dog :)!) , Me, Candice, Cindy and Chrissy. Such an awesome group of friends I am blessed to have!
And here's the scene when I get home. The boys love to look through their books. Collin's response, "Thank you for using glittery letters on my name mommy." Marcel, "I only have two books. Only one big boy book. Will you make me another book mommy?"
He knows his brothers have more than two...
Jonathon, "Thanks for finishing my karate book." And Ryan, "Mom, you had a lot to get caught up on." Of yes, I did! And it was so worth it to get away for some great girl time!
