Ingredients: My Mind's Eye Stella & Rose Paper, Stampin' Up Card Stock; PTI Twine, SU Button; Verve Stamps; Ranger Pumice Stone Ink
I was a busy bee on Sunday and Monday morning creating a variety of cards. Most of them are for teacher gifts, but this one will go in the Father's Day stash. I think it will most likely go to my father-in-law, Henry whom I adore. I'm also playing along with the Viva La Verve sketch. The Verve Sketches have definitely taken me out of my comfort zone! Lots of layers and tilted panels...yikes!
Hope you are having a wonderful week!

You have been a busy bee! Love the touch of colour in that background panel!
(I have some trouble posting comments on your blog, hope it works this time.)
I love your card, Lynn! I have to start making my father's day cards, but I'm stuck on them. Yours looks fabulous though! Thanks for the inspiration.
You've done wonders with the Verve sketches! Great colors on your card too.
What a great card for a dad, Lynn! You did a beautiful job with the sketch! I never would have known you felt out of your comfort zone.
I really like that background sentiment stamp and you did a fantastic job of the sketch.
Love everything about this...you did an amazing job with this sketch. Great Father's Day card. :)
What a fabulous Father's Day card! I love the mix of patterns. Your FIL is sure to love this, Lynn! :)
Well if a CAS lovin' lady like yourself can take on these Verve Sketches then maybe I'm just being a chicken! ;D
Love that argyle pattern - so suited to a Dad card!

Love your Father's Day card Lynn! So fun! Thanks for submitting it to the CARDS challenge too!
This is amazing, Lynn! I have those stamps, too, and love them. I hope you win!
Congrats on being selected as one of the 26 cards in the CREATE: blog Father's Day line-up! This is a wonderful card. I really love the way you used the Verve stamp and the color scheme is soft yet perfectly masculine. Great job!
