PTI Blog Hop

Hi there...I'm popping in later than I expected with my blog hop post.  In my head, tomorrow is the 25th!  So...really quickly here are two cards to share.  Both very clean and simple, quick!  This month's theme was to create a card with a boy/man theme.

First one up is a thank you card for a co-worker.  He and his team spent Saturday at work testing a fairly big software deployment.  I delivered the card this morning along with some muffins as a big thank you for their extra hard work on a holiday weekend.
The second one is to add to the birthday card stash.  After using this paper, I decided I needed Maile's new set!
Hope you like them both...have fun hopping!  I'm off to card club with my girl friends tonight.  Looking forward to a night of creating!

What a wonderful way to say thank you, Lynn :) These are both fabulous cards! Love the monochromatic color schemes and your use of twine to add texture.

Love the both. But the first one best! Love the trees and the polka dots! So manly!

Love them both and at first I thought the second one did use Maile's new set! :)
Have fun at your card club. Can't wait to see what you girls come up with!

Sounds like you will have a divine evening with your club, and these are some fantastic masculine cards.

Both cards are great, Lynn! I especially love the first one (and I thought the second was Maile's set until I read your words!). Both are great guy cards. And I bet the guys at work really loved the card and muffins this morning.
I had to scroll down and see the Easter pics of the boys, too. All those looks... just classic! So interesting to have a teen and little ones in the same house, isn't it? :) Glad you all had a happy, safe weekend!

These are both fabulous, Lynn! You are so sweet to give that with muffins to your co-workers. I felt the same way about the chevrons... will wait to see what you do with it! ;)
