Journey

I got started on this card and wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with it...seems like a theme lately! These aren't colors I use regularly, but I like how it came together.  I've been making a conscious effort to use the materials I have!

I'm going to mail this to Pat's uncle next week.  He has been doing well on his recovery and I like to send him a card every couple of weeks to encourage him.  I thought the journey sentiment was perfect for him.  I stamped the flowers on the SU paper, cut them out and added the Jenni Bowlin pearl embellishments.

I used the Stampin 411 sketch from below.  Big thanks to the Stampin' 411 ladies as my card from last week was highlighted last week in their Stamper's Showcase.  Very exciting for me!

Ingredients:  SU DSP, Sand Paper, Rose Red, Ribbon, Delight in Life Stamps, Making Memories Journey Buckle, Jenni Bowlin Pearl Embellishments

I'm sure this will put a smile on your uncle's face!
