Many Thanks

Yesterday morning I got up and made two cards for co-workers as thank you notes for Christmas gifts. I was in love with this card from Lucy and decided to use it as my inspiration.  It's my first time playing along with showCASe your style and the current challenge is to use at least one die cut.  Perfect time for me to use my snowflake dies.

We had a productive day yesterday:  cleaning out our kitchen!  We remodeled the kitchen about six years ago and hadn't cleaned it out since then.  Needless to say, we filled up the back of the mini-van with a trip to Goodwill. I love purging.  How about you, doing any winter cleaning?!

  3. I'm impressed you cleaned the kitchen... love the dots at the bottom of the card and I don't think of grey card bases very often, great idea.

I promised myself that I would dedicate time to clean out a couple rooms....I go back to work on the 5th so I'm procrastinating....thanks for the inspiration.

  8. That's a beautiful CAS thank you card, Lynn, so perfect for a thank you note! I am ITCHING to do a winter clean, especially since I totally missed the spring clean! We remodeled our kitchen seven years ago and did a mahoosive purge then. Even so, I know there is crap in the behinds of the cupboards that haven't seen the light of day since! And why don't I use that angel food cake pan? I love angel food cake ... I better get off here and get busy! Happy New Year! Hugs, Darnell
