My college roommate Barb's 40th birthday is this Friday. She's turning the big 40! I can say that since I'm one year behind her :)! At least I'll always be younger! It's really hard to believe that we're all in or approaching our 40s!
I hope Barb has an absolutely wonderful day. She has been traveling quite a bit for her amazing non-profit, Center for Foodborne Illness, and has been on Dr. Oz and Larry King to promote food safety. She is doing a fantastic job promoting changes to the food supply system to improve the health of all Americans.
Thanks to Stampin 411 for the sketch inspiration.
