Addicted to CAS: Thank you

Happy Saturday my friends! I'm so happy to report that I'm a guest designer over at Addicted to CAS.  Bobby was nice enough to pick my card a couple of weeks ago as the winner...and so I'm happy to have the opportunity to play along as a guest.  I'm always up for a CAS challenge. CAS is my happy place!

Our challenge is a white on white challenge.  To add a little texture, I used water color paper to die cut the leaves and water color the base. Love how this adds just a touch of extra elegance.

Go Confidently in the Direction of Your Dreams

It's graduation season...and with the age of our boys...there are lots of friends graduating from high school...so last weekend I went to work on making the last of the graduation cards for the year.  This card was inspired by Ardyth's gorgeous layout below. It look everything in me not to make a floral card (because I love floral cards and bold pops of pink!).  I was inspired by the layout and the tilted panels. I did try my hand at inking the edges...but honestly distress inks and me are not really friends!  So that panel was thrown in the garbage!  So here's the end result!  Thanks for all the gorgeous inspiration Ardyth!  Enter this over at Muse and Addicted to CAS.

Happy Anniversary

Hello there, popping in to share a card I created using the sketch challenge over at Addicted to CAS.  I love the sweet little notebook paper on the sketch and decided to use some patterned paper I had for this card.  The sketch was super easy to follow...don't you love when an idea comes quickly?  This card is going to a co-worker who is celebrating her 10th anniversary with our company at the end of the month.

A Tini Note

 Happy Wednesday.  I am popping in with two fun PaperSmooches cards.  Both are very CAS cards and would be perfect for a girl friend.  The first one on the top is for the current Addicted to CAS challenge where the cue word is luxury. Have a nice drink once in a while is definitely a luxury.

And the second card is for the current CAS(E) this Sketch.  Love these sweet little martini glasses even if my drink of choice is white wine!

Happy Birthday Sandie!

Today is a very special day.  It's my fabulous cousin, Sandie's birthday!  I'm popping in to wish Sandie a very, very happy birthday.  I'm so very blessed that Sandie and I are both great friends and that we also share our love of stamping.  I only wish that we didn't live so far apart so that we could shop and craft together regularly.  Sandie, I hope Callum spoils you rotten today.  You certainly deserve it!

Just Wanted to Espresso My Thanks

Thankful for rainy days today as it gave me time to sneak into my craft room last night and make four cards to share with you for the remainder of this week.  When I saw the grunge challenge over at Addicted to CAS, I first thought of my PTI grunge set, but then quickly switched over to a coffee theme.  This ones for you Erin and Amy!

Hope you all are getting time to sneak into some stamping too.

Happy Anniversary

I love when you find goodies on your craft desk that allow you to quickly create a card. This card started with the text on the bottom of the card.  I had stamped this for my sneak peeks for CAS-ual Fridays. The text is from the Out Loud said that was released yesterday. I made a different card and also had the PTI tree die cut.  I popped the tree on the card base, added the birds, sentiment and twine to finish it off.  A perfect CAS card to be submitted for the current Addicted to CAS challenge.

In a New York Minute

Happy Wednesday my friends.  I'm playing along with my new PTI goodies. My first card is going to my niece, Madeleine, whose in New York for a few more weeks.  I thought she'd appreciate this scene!

And my second card is for the current challenge over at Addicted to CAS.  I fun little one layer card.  Looking at this closely I could have stamped the bus straighter!  Woops!
