Time Out: Cast All Your Cares on Him


Happy Friday Eve my friends. It's time for another challenge over at Time Out.  We have a fabulous inspiration photo for you to try!  I love the navy stripes and the pop of red so I went pretty literal in my interpretation!  Added some navy stripes and circles with a pop of red. Like the idea of casting out our cares just life we would a life preserver.  I hope you are inspired to play along too.

    Sorry I haven't commented in such a long time. I do pop in to visit but have so much to do anymore that I don't get around to commenting all the time. - Love this card. It really works well with the Inspiration piece. Can't believe how much your boys are growing. I hope to someday get back into stamping but it's hard to find the time for everything. Visit me at the photo blog though as I'm there alot.

    Love the simplicity of this. I am always up for some water color stripes, and the circular sentiment is a great nod to that life preserver.

    What a fantastic idea to use the brushstroke stamps as stripes for the background!! Wish I had thought of that! Gorgeously CAS card and the sentiment is beautiful.
