Time Out: Magic of the Season

It's time for our reminder post at Time Out!  We have a theme challenge for you:

Christmas with the optional twist of using glitter and/or shimmer

I went with the optional twist by adding just a very small touch of silver to the bottom...more and more this is becoming my go to card layout with a strip of paper on the bottom or the side of the card. I also love when the sentiment does the talking on a card...nothing like a clean and simple Christmas card for the stash. These will be getting in the mail soon!

Valentyna is our guest designer.  Be sure to stop by her blog...you will love her CAS style!

I hope you are inspired to play along with us at Time Out too!

I think your design elements give your CAS design an edge, Lynn! (Oh, haha, I didn't even realize that was a "groan" punny comment!) I love the play of the mittens and the snowflakes!! Hugs, Darnell

I can see why this is becoming your go-to card design - you always do it so beautifully! I love the winter-y images - and the splash of pink is so much fun!

Great take on Kim's card and I too love this strip of colour design. Given me an idea for a card I have been musing over...so thanks for inspiration.
