Curtain Call: Candy Apple

Hello!  The new school year has started and we have the perfect back to school/fall challenge for you at Curtain Call: Candy Apple.    I have a couple apple stamps, but decided to play along using a die cut from my Cricut. I don't use it often enough!  So I die cut the apple and water colored it a bit before stamping the sentiment.  A perfect card to have in the stash for a teacher thank you card!  All of the boys are back in school and activities are picking up. Jonathon is in cross country, youth group and robotics.  Collin is in show choir and Marcel is in voice and acting lessons. And Ryan is off at college!  No shortage of happenings around here :)!

My oldest joined cross country this year! Still getting used to trying to support him at meets and seeing him maybe for like 2 seconds at the start and finish line. Well, at least he knows I'm there, I guess! Sounds like you are staying busy! What a fun card, the apple is such a cool focal point.

This is darling, Lynn. I love the cursive paper at the bottom. I don't use my Cricut much anymore either. Sounds like all are busy and happy at your house.

Perfect candy-apply card, Lynn. The bit of chalkboard dp at the bottom is fantastic. Love that touch. And you should dust off the old Cricut more often; that apple is darling. What a fun card. Hope to play along...if DH stays on the right track.... xo & prayers. Bev
