For Unto Us a Child is Born

Happy Sunday my friends. Popping in to share a quick card I made several weeks ago, but it goes well with the current Muse Christmas Visions challenge. Don't you just love Chrissie's inspiration card below? I love all the gold...and think I'll need to think about another card with gold embossing instead of the traditional black I did on my card above.

Hope you all had a fabulous weekend...ours was busy with show choir and Marcel's play. I'll be back soon with some pictures of the kids happening.  Popping off now to sit in front of the TV and do a few Project Life pages!

PS Apologies for the blurry picture!

I just love the script sentiment and bright green and red! You are getting a jump on Christmas cards! I broke down and bought a mini Misti today…went for the smaller one because it was cheaper and I think it will be fine for making cards.

Lynn your Christmas card is so perfect for Chriss's inspiration piece. I love that leafy vine and the way you angled it in the corner to frame your sentiment. Sounds like it was a busy weekend!

Your card is beautiful, Lynn! I love gold but sometimes I just want that pop you get from black, which is achieved on your gorgeous card!!

Love your card, Lynn. I got this set and haven't used it yet. When you see my card, you'll see my question about a good gold embossing powder. Maybe you have an answer for me.
