Happy Birthday

Good morning my friends.  We're having a rainy, cool weekend which meant our plans to hang out at the pool were changed to hang out inside and I spent a bit of time in my craft room playing along with the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.

For those of you who stopped by last week, you saw my post on the loss of a local officer and father.  On Friday, Ryan's choir sang at his funeral. It was a day of pageantry and honor.  This is a link to one of the two songs that the choir sang:  Tribute to Sonny Kim.  So beautiful and heart breaking.

I adore that strip of yellow striped paper - it sets off that red butterfly perfectly.
